A warm welcome awaits you at our picturesque and friendly B&B with tea and cake offered on arrival.  In order to make your stay in our home as relaxing and peaceful as possible, our bedrooms have been designed with care and attention to ensure your best comfort at all times.

Recently modernised and furnished to a very high standard, Pyle House has been enlarged and transformed into an exceptionally comfortable and attractive home of great character.

The spring-fed water system is double-filtered and has been updated to provide a constant supply of hot and cold water.

Pyle House History
A 19th century former hunting lodge, once part of the estate of Whitestaunton Manor, Pyle House and gardens nestle on the south–west slope of the Yarty valley.  From the moment you pass through the stone pillars and enter the tree-lined drive, the view is stunning.  

Our home is located within the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with several pleasant walks right from the front door. View our walks.  Pyle House is only 2 minutes off the A30, 4 miles west of Chard on the borders of south Somerset and east Devon.  We are situated half way between Taunton and Lyme Regis with Honiton and Axminster close by.
