Bedrooms

All 3 of our spacious bedrooms are centrally heated and have their own large, well-appointed en-suite shower rooms.  

Each room is light and airy, tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished.  In the room you will find a TV, radio alarm clock, hairdryer and a selection of books and magazines.  

The refreshment tray offers a good selection of teas with coffee and biscuits.  Fresh milk is available each day.

Bedroom 1
Enlarge	Bedroom 1 faces west with lovely views across the Yarty valley towards Yarcombe, a village in east Devon, gifted to Sir Francis Drake by Elizabeth 1st.  The twin beds can be arranged  to make a large double. The room also contains a small double sofabed.

Bedroom 2
Enlarge	Bedroom 2 is a dual aspect room at the front of the house, and enjoys the morning sun.   It has a double bed with lovely views over the south-facing garden, arbour and pond.

Bedroom 3
Enlarge	The top floor of the house has been converted into a private suite.  This includes Bedroom 3, a charming beamed room with double bed, enjoying easterly views across open fields. Adjacent to the bedroom is a separate sitting area and an impressive shower room!

	We are pleased to provide the following additional services. - Ironing facilities are available on request - Wireless broadband is available in each bedroom - Guests can make use of the drying room
