Bedroom 1 faces west with lovely views across the Yarty valley towards Yarcombe, a village in east Devon, gifted to Sir Francis Drake by Elizabeth 1st. 

The twin beds can be arranged  to make a large double. The room also contains a small double sofabed.

Bedroom 2 is a dual aspect room at the front of the house, and enjoys the morning sun.  

It has a double bed with lovely views over the south-facing garden, arbour and pond.

The top floor of the house has been converted into a private suite.  This includes Bedroom 3, a charming beamed room with double bed, enjoying easterly views across open fields.

Adjacent to the bedroom is a separate sitting area and an impressive shower room!
